The C-band is a swath of satellite spectrum that radio and TV broadcasters use every day to receive critical content for their broadcasts. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is currently considering transferring some or all of that spectrum to wireless companies for next-generation wireless services. The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) is working with all users of video and radio content to ensure that broadcasters' interests are protected.
NAB is providing the following resources to help better understand how this issue impacts station operations.
Please contact Bob Weller or Patrick McFadden in NAB's Legal and Regulatory department at firstname.lastname@example.org or the NAB Legal Hotline at (866) 682-0276 with questions.
