WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to the FCC reaching the conclusion of Stage 4 of the broadcast spectrum incentive auction, the following statement can be attributed to NAB Executive Vice President of Communications Dennis Wharton:
"Now that the clock phase in the forward auction has concluded and the FCC prepares for the assignment phase, the Commission can turn greater attention to developing a transition plan that will protect viewers and treat all stakeholders fairly."
