2015 NAB Show Floor Expands to Over One Million Net Square Feet

-- Some 244 Companies to Exhibit at NAB Show for the First Time in 2015 --

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- NAB Show, the world’s largest gathering of vendors driving the future of media and entertainment, announced today that the show floor has expanded to over one million net square feet of exhibit space with 244 companies exhibiting for the first time. The exhibition will feature new products and next-generation technologies displayed through interactive exhibits, live demonstrations and technology-focused pavilions. NAB Show, held April 11-16 (exhibits open April 13-16) at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is the annual conference and expo for professionals who create, manage and distribute entertainment across all platforms.

The 2015 NAB Show’s 244 first-time exhibitors will join a wide variety of NAB Show’s exhibiting veterans. A full list of NAB Show first-time exhibitors can be found here.

The 2015 NAB Show will comprise 1,700+ companies, including 650 international exhibitors, and some of the world's leading brands and companies, including Accenture, Amazon Web Services, ATOMOS, Avid, Blackmagic Design, Canon U.S.A. Inc., Cisco, Dell, Deluxe, Dolby Laboratories, Ericsson, Evertz, FUJIFILM North America Corporation- Optical Devices Division, GoPro, Grass Valley (A Belden Brand), Harmonic Inc., Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi, IBM, Imagine Communications, INTEL, JVC, Microsoft Corporation, Oracle | Front Porch Digital, Panasonic System Communications Company, Red Digital Cinema, Ross Video Limited, Sony Electronics Inc., Toshiba Corporation, Verizon and Vitec Group.

Also on the exhibit floor this year, the SPROCKIT program will once again feature a pavilion showcasing a unique collection of 30 market-ready startup companies positioned to transform the media and entertainment industry. The new Aerial Robotics and Drone Pavilion, presented in partnership with the Drone Media Group, will be located in the South Upper Hall of the and will feature dozens of aerial robotics companies, a flying cage, demonstration area and daily sessions. New education offerings on the show floor include Post|Production Campus, presented in partnership with Future Media Concepts. This learning and networking area of the Show floor will feature 30-minute sessions, presented by certified instructors and noted editors as well as “Ask the Expert” stations and daily raffles.

New this year in the North Hall and Westgate Hotel will be New Media Expo (NMX), a co-located event featuring dozens of exhibitors and the industry’s most recognized bloggers, podcasters, Web TV content creators and social media specialists. The conference will include more than 100 educational sessions and the popular Speed Networking program. Notable speakers include Adam Corolla, Norm Pattiz (Westwood One Founder) and Chris Jericho (professional wrestler and media personality).
