FOX Affiliates to Meet at 2009 NAB Show

WASHINGTON, DC – The FOX Affiliate Board of Directors as well as the full FOX affiliate body have agreed to once again hold meetings in conjunction with the 2009 NAB Show, show organizers announced today. The meeting will take place at 11:00 on Tuesday, April 21.

The FOX affililates' participation brings more than 100 additional broadcast executives to Las Vegas, joining several other high-level broadcast executive groups scheduled to hold meetings at the NAB Show, including the NBC Affiliate Board of Directors and the TVB Board of Directors.

"The NAB Show is an ideal venue for us," said FOX Affiliate Board Chair John Tupper, president of Prime Cities Broadcasting. "The business and networking opportunities are unrivaled by any other convention. Between the extensive exhibit hall and educational conference program, affiliate executives can learn first-hand about the important regulatory issues and technological advancements facing our industry."
