WASHINGTON, DC – NAB President and CEO David K. Rehr sent this letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid today expressing support for bringing S. 2035, the "Free Flow of Information Act," to the Senate floor for a vote. The legislation will ensure the flow of important information by allowing journalists to protect the identity of their confidential sources.
