WASHINGTON, DC Doug Wiley, NAB executive vice president, administration and agencies, today send this letter to Microsoft's Government Affairs division responding to Microsoft's request for additional Federal Communications Commission testing of prototype unlicensed devices designed to work in digital television interference zones. The Microsoft request came after the FCC determined that the Microsoft prototype "is capable of causing interference to TV broadcasting."
