Technology Apprenticeship Program

The need for technology and engineering candidates to join the broadcasting workforce continues to increase, and the NAB Leadership Foundation’s Technology Apprenticeship Program (TAP) is designed to attract and prepare a diverse workforce to fulfill these roles.
- This six-month program enables participants to complete broadcast technology training and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud-based instruction and meet with top industry talent to explore career opportunities in the field.
- The class of 2024 began in October with a two-day opening session. Graduation takes place at NAB Show in April 2024.
