Congress is in its final weeks and the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act is almost across the finish line. We need your help to get this bill passed this year.
đźš— What you can do: Air these radio spots as often as possible between now and the end of the year urging listeners to call on legislators to pass the bill and keep AM radio in cars.
Why it matters: More than 82 million Americans depend on AM radio and removing it from vehicles is a dire public safety risk. These spots ask listeners to contact their members of Congress by texting AM to 52886, urging them to support legislation that ensures AM radio remains in cars. You can find many other tools here.
Take action:Click here to urge your legislators to pass this bill. Even if you have taken action before, now is the time to make our voices heard again. Together, we can keep AM radio accessible in every vehicle.

What's happening: The FCC has announced it will be opening a filing window for new noncommercial education television (NCETV) stations from December 4 through December 11. In connection with this, the FCC will not accept certain applications by full power or Class A television stations from December 3 through December 11.
Eligible entities will be able to submit applications for twelve specific reserved NCETV channels. Eligibility requirements are set out in Section 73.621 of the Commission’s rules.
