This week, the House Judiciary Committee passed the Protect Reporters from Exploitative State Spying Act (PRESS Act) [H.R. 4250], which provides federal-level protections for journalists regarding disclosure of confidential sources.

NAB Executive Vice President, Government Relations Shawn Donilon was named to NYC TV Week's 40 Under 40 list.
The Illinois Broadcasters Association (IBA) held a fly-in at NAB's headquarters on Tuesday.
This week, NAB staff brought their children to work for Kids Day. Our young visitors learned about the great work broadcasters are doing every day in their communities and how their parents are supporting local stations. We think there are future broadcasters and advocates in the group!
