Political journalist Robert Trout’s career spans more than 50 years of reporting for the ABC, CBS and NBC networks. Trout became known for his live news reports from Europe during World War II and was nicknamed “The Iron Man of Radio” for his coverage of every presidential election in the U.S. since his career began in 1936.
