FOLKSY RADIO COMEDY
The homespun humor of Lum and Abner (Chester Lauk and Norris Goff) was first aired in 1931 on NBC and later appeared on CBS and then ABC during the next 24 years. The action on the show took place at the Jot’em Down Store in the small town of Pine Ridge, Arkansas.
