Only four years after getting his first job in radio, Don Imus was already doing the morning show at New York’s WNBC. Over time, WNBC became WFAN and Imus’ program was syndicated nationally on the Westwood One Radio Network. Whether the subject was politics or current events, the “Imus in the Morning” show stood out for its offbeat humor and honesty.
