Dave Ramsey has offered life-changing financial advice on the radio for years. After making his on-air debut as co-host of “The Money Game” in 1992, Ramsey moved to take the show to a national audience. By the end of 1997 a dozen stations picked it up, and as more came on board Ramsey changed the name of the program to “The Dave Ramsey Show.”

As Ramsey’s popularity grew, so did the number of listeners and stations broadcasting his message of financial peace. By 2002, more than 100 affiliates broadcast “The Dave Ramsey Show.” Ramsey and his team announced their 500th affiliate in 2011 and celebrated 20 years in radio with more than 6 million listeners in 2012.
