Eric Trabb joined the National Association of Broadcasters in March 2018 as senior vice president and chief customer success officer of Sales and Business Development. In this role Eric is responsible for revenue generation for all of NAB’s conventions and digital platforms.
Eric has more than 30 years of experience as a business executive and leader in the broadcast and media entertainment industry. Prior to joining NAB, Eric served as vice president and group publisher at New Bay Media, publisher of TV Technology, Radio World, Digital Video and Government Video, where he drove the business transformation from largely print publications to a diversified product portfolio including digital, content marketing and in-person events.
Prior to that Eric was vice president of Sales at IMAS Publishing Group, where he led the global sales organization and delivered consistent double-digit year over year growth. He was a member of the executive management team that positioned the company for sale to private equity investors and acquisition by New Bay Media in 2007.
Eric is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. He and his wife Cindy reside in New Jersey and are the proud parents of two children, Mitchell and Payton.
