The Finance department is responsible for the financial management and fiscal health of the organization and for ensuring a sound internal infrastructure. Responsibilities include internal and external reporting, audit, tax, financial systems and the budget process.
The Administration department is responsible for the maintenance and administration of NAB’s physical building. This includes life safety programs, space planning, facility services and administrative services that support NAB’s advocacy efforts.
