Steve Sturm has been appointed to the new position of Executive Advisor, Automotive of its National Business Development division, effective June 1, 2015. Mr. Sturm brings more than 30 years of executive experience in automotive sales and, business development and marketing to his new role at TVB.

Widely accomplished senior automobile marketing and media executive who has driven billions of dollars in revenue and market share growth while achieving industry leadership for new and established brands. A valued member of senior management teams, Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Motor Sales USA. Proficient in creating process improvements while managing multi-hundred-million-dollar budgets. Skilled at deploying complex multimedia advertising and corporate communication strategies, using both new and traditional tools and techniques. Delivers results in key performance areas through deep industry knowledge, a quick mind, keen business acumen, and professional agility.

Brand Building and Market Expansion - Launched 16 new or major redesigned models, including Prius, Highlander and Tundra leading them to be core strategic models that generated more than $15B in new revenue; led Toyota and Lexus brand into five new segments, growing revenue and market share to leadership levels, as senior marketing executive at Toyota/Lexus.

Top Line Growth - Delivered $10M+ in new annual revenue, exceeding targets; added five brands to the advertising portfolio as category officer at AOL.

Industry Leadership - Created a client advisory board consisting of 12 high profile, influential decision makers to influence new product development and increase category awareness at AOL.
