As Vice President of Human Resources, Allison McKee provides the vision and leadership in implementing the culture and people initiatives that best serve the goals and objectives of NAB. Allison joined NAB in April 2019 and oversees all aspects of employee engagement including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management and professional development. She chairs the Wellness Committee and the internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, leads all internal communication efforts and has been instrumental in guiding the organization through the many operational changes which occurred as a result of COVID-19.
Previously, Allison worked as the senior director, Human Resources and Office Operations at Consumer Healthcare Products Association for seven years, which represents the over-the-counter drug and dietary supplement industry.
Allison holds a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and maintains SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. She is a member of SHRM, DC SHRM and is active in several local HR networking groups. She resides in Alexandria, Va.
