The National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation (NABLF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving broadcasters and the public interest by supporting and advocating community service, diversity, education, broadcasting issues and relevant trends.

The foundation coordinates and executes an annual gala event honoring exceptional public service by broadcasters: The Celebration of Service to America Awards. In addition to honoring stations around the country, the event also recognizes outstanding philanthropic contributions by public figures or organizations; past honorees include the ABC network program “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” Quincy Jones, Sir Elton John, Former President Bill Clinton, Former First Lady Nancy Reagan and the Starkey Hearing Foundation among others.
